Growozen IT operates this website. The Owner & CEO is Yeasin Arafat Mollick. The business is based in Bangladesh.

2. Information collected through the inquiry form

When you send a project inquiry we collect your name, email address, the service you selected, and your project details. You may also share a company name or website, an approximate budget, and a desired timeline.

The form includes a hidden field used only to discourage automated submissions. We also receive technical request data such as your IP address and the time of the request so we can apply rate limiting and review obvious abuse.

3. Why we use that information

We use inquiry details to understand your request and reply using the email address you provided. We do not add a marketing subscription to this form, and we do not use a prechecked consent option.

4. Hosting and other services

This website is hosted on an Amazon Web Services Lightsail server. Inquiries are stored on that server so we can review them. If email delivery is configured, the same inquiry may also be sent to info@growozenit.com.

No analytics, advertising, or chat pixels are enabled on this release. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

5. Theme preference and local storage

If you choose Light, Dark, or System, the browser can store that choice under the key growozen-theme so the preference stays available on later visits. This is a preference setting, not an advertising cookie.

If storage is blocked, the selected theme still applies for the current page visit.

6. How long we keep inquiry information

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to reply, continue a project conversation, or review misuse of the form. We do not publish a fixed calendar period until the owner confirms a written retention practice.

7. Sharing and international processing

Inquiry information is reviewed by Growozen IT. Hosting on AWS means the server and backups may be processed in the region where the server is located. We do not sell inquiry information.

If a separate email provider is configured later, that provider will process the message in order to deliver it.

8. How to contact us about your information

Email info@growozenit.com if you want to ask what inquiry information we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it to handle your request.
